Rolling Thunder is a very noble effort because it desperately needs the attention of the government. The reason is that attention should be placed on the unresolved problems of the American soldiers captured and missing. Many soldiers who have forgotten, and nobody knows that they might be dead or alive. They have left their own country and the government must take the necessary steps to ensure that they are returned.
